The journey towards elevating Human Resource Management reached new heights during the enlightening two-day training-workshop held at the SNSU Learning Resource Center on April 29-30, 2024.

Led by distinguished resource speakers, Ms. Abigail M. Tiu and Mr. Dan Jave L. Dumpa from the Civil Service Commission Caraga Region, alongside the insightful observer, Mr. Armel M. Odvina, the workshop delved into the core principles and frameworks of Competency-based HRM (CBHRM). From understanding the essence of CBHRM to crafting actionable competency models, each session was a beacon of knowledge and practical insights. Participants engaged in vibrant discussions, paving the way for innovative strategies to integrate competency profiling and development into the organization. The Plenary Session was a testament to the dedication and enthusiasm of the participants from different campuses and offices, as they presented their meticulously crafted action plans. Their commitment to driving organizational excellence through competency-based approaches was truly inspiring.
