SSCT Mainit Campus graduates take their final march during the 47th Commencement Exercises, with this year’s theme, “Quality Education through Innovation and Creativity” on June 23, 2022 at Don Francisco “Kikoy” Bagol Sports Complex Alegria, Surigao del Norte.

The graduation set-up had adapted the “hybrid ceremony” where a limited number of participants (two escorts per student) were allowed to physically attend the event while the remaining ones attended the event online or via FB live streaming.

A total of 172 graduates from three programs, Bachelor of Agricultural Technology, Bachelor of Science in Agroforestry, and Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education major in Agri-fisheries Arts  made up this year’s graduating class.

The  ceremonies was graced by SSCT City Campus Director,Dr. Ronita E. Talingting,  Mr. Fil Victor A. Babanto OIC-Center Director, ATI-Caraga Region XIII, Los Angeles, Butuan City, and the Mr. Fil Victor A. Babanto, the OIC-Center Director, ATI-CARAGA Region XIII, who delivered the commencement speech.

Addressing the graduates, Mr. Babantao emphasized that graduation is not the end but the beginning of a new chapter. He encouraged the graduates to continue to pursue the field of Agriculture because the field needs more agriculture graduates this generation.

One of the academic excellence awardee, Mr. Peter Paul R. Acabo, delivered a inspirational talk in behalf of the special awardees. He expressed his gratitude to the people who helped them in their academic journey.
