CONGRATULATIONS! to Surigao del Norte State University [SNSU] under the leadership of Dr. Gregorio Z. Gamboa, Jr., University President, for attaining the PRIME HRM BRONZE AWARD [Maturity Level 2] pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 2400072 dated 29 January 2024 and CSC Resolution No. 220065 dated December 6, 2022, thereby achieving a process-defined HRM in the four [4] core HRM systems: Recruitment, Selection and Placement [RSP] and Performance Management [PM], Learning and Development [L&D], and Rewards and Recognition [R&R].
SNSU is the first State University in Caraga to have achieved this prestigious award in pursuit of excellence in Human Resource Management & public service delivery. May this achievement inspire other State Universities in Caraga to follow and be PRIMED!
Director IV Winston L. Plaza of CSC Caraga graced the awarding ceremony, together with Director III Christopher C. Mabale, Director II Alan B. Besario of CSC Field Office Surigao del Norte, and PSED Chief HRS Ligaya S. Cueva. The awarding ceremony took place at SNSU LRC, Surigao City last April 8, 2024.
