The recognition for LET Topnotchers and TOSCA Awardees held on March 4, 2019 at the Board Room, SSCT, Surigao City.

The College President, Dr. Gregorio Z. Gamboa, Jr. handed over the mockup checks to the LET topnotchers at the Board Room, SSCT, Surigao City.

Plaques were also awarded to the LET topnotchers and to the Outstanding Students of Caraga (TOSCA) Awardees for their achievements.
