SNSU – City Campus announces that enrollment for old students for the First Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026 will officially begin tomorrow, July 16, 2025, and will be conducted exclusively through the fbUIS Mobile App.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS BEFORE ENROLLMENT:
1. Set the Term
Before proceeding with any enrollment-related activities, make sure to set the term to 1st Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026 inside the fbUIS Mobile App. This ensures that your evaluation and enrollment records are correctly applied to the current term.
2. Faculty Evaluation for Previous Semester
All returning students are required to complete the Faculty Evaluation for the previous semester inside the fbUIS Mobile App. This is a mandatory step and must be done prior to enrollment.
3. Clearance Requirement
Ensure that you have completed and cleared your clearance for the previous semester. You can verify your clearance status in the Clearance Module. Only students with a cleared status will be allowed to proceed with enrollment.
4. Subject Availability
Subjects available during the regular enrollment period are blocked based on your curriculum. You may only enroll in the subjects assigned to your curriculum and year level.
All subjects will be unblocked during the official adding/dropping period from August 12 to 22, 2025, for those with valid reasons to adjust their enrollment.
5. Certificate of Registration (COR)
Your official Certificate of Registration (COR) will be made available in the fbUIS Mobile App on August 25, 2025.
How to enroll?
Open the fbUIS Mobile App.
Sign in using your student account.
Complete the Faculty Evaluation for the previous semester.
Check your clearance status in the Clearance Module.
Once both requirements are completed, proceed to the Enrollment Module to finalize your enrollment.

Old/Returning students Students with completed faculty evaluation and cleared clearance status
Haven’t downloaded the fbUIS Mobile App yet? Get it now from the Google Play Store by searching “fbUIS.” Make sure your app is updated to the latest version to avoid technical issues.
