“Civil Service Commission Bestows Surigao del Norte State University Prime HRM Level II Bronze Award”
Pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 2400072 dated January 29, 2024, Surigao del Norte State University (SNSU) proudly received the Prime HRM Level II Bronze Award from the Civil Service Commission on April 8, 2024 at the SNSU Learning Resource Center.
The conferment ceremony, was attended by esteemed officials from the CSC-Caraga namely Atty. Winston L. Plaza, Regional Director-CSC, Dir. Christopher C. Mabale, CPA, Assistant Regional Director, CHRS Ligaya S. Cueva, Chief Human Resource Specialist, Policies System Evaluation Division (PSED) CSC Caraga and Dir. Alan B. Besario, Director II, CSC-Surigao del Norte, along with the University President Dr. Gregorio Z. Gamboa, Jr., University Officials, faculty and staff members.
Attaining the Prime HRM Level II Bronze Award signifies SNSU’s adherence to best practices in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment and selection, performance management, learning and development, rewards and recognition, and employee welfare and benefits.
Dr. Gamboa, President of SNSU, expressed his gratitude for the recognition, stating that this achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire university community and serves as a milestone in SNSU’s journey towards organizational excellence.
