The ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between SSCT and Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) was done in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. Visit to other Universities at Surabaya, Indonesia was also made by the College President with his Officials last May 28-June 1, 2019.
