Top 6 in the August 2025 Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination, Engr. Keenen Josh Ricci G. Besande, was warmly welcomed by the SNSU President Dr. Rowena A. Plando during his courtesy visit on August 29, 2025, at the President’s Boardroom.

Joining them to extend their congratulations were the Electrical Engineering faculty members, former College of Engineering and Technology Dean Engr. Robert C. Bacarro, College of Engineering Dean Engr. Catherine Verallo, and Electrical Engineering Program Chair Engr. Neils B. Galve. Present during the visit are Board of Management members: Dr. Mauricio S. Adlaon (Vice President for Administration), Dr. Ronita E. Talingting (Vice President for Academic Affairs), Dr. Marilou B. Carnicer (Dean, College of Technology), Dr. Louida P. Patac (Dean, College of Arts and Sciences), Engr. Gracechell M. Pascua (Focal Person, Gender and Development), and Ms. Yasmin Tiu (QAMS, Incharge). The visit served as a celebration of Engr. Besande’s achievement.

The University President expresses her heartfelt congratulations to Engr. Besande and to the rest of the successful takers of the recently concluded Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination. She also acknowledges the efforts of the former Dean of CEIT, Engr. Robert C. Bacarro, Dean of COE, Engr. Catherine Verallo, dedicated Electrical Engineering faculty members and Program Chairs in providing unwavering support, guidance, and quality instruction that greatly contributed to this remarkable achievement.
