๐๐๐๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ซ ๐, ๐๐๐๐ โ Surigao del Norte State University (SNSU) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) formalized the turnover of specific lots in a brief ceremony held at the SNSU Presidentโs Boardroom.
Present during the ceremony were TESDA Caraga Regional Director Dr. Florencio F. Sunico, Jr., CESO III, together with other TESDA officials. SNSU President Dr. Rowena A. Plando was joined by other university officials, reaffirming the Universityโs commitment to maximizing the use of the property for education, training, and community development.
RD Sunico emphasized that TESDA shall turnover the properties pursuant to the law.
Republic Act No. 10600 mandates that all assets, real and personal, personnel and records of the SSCT, the SNCST and the SNCAT, as well as liabilities or obligations, are hereby transferred to the University.
Both agencies will work on transition plan as agreed identifying Technical Working Groups (TWGs) to work on the curricular programs, personnel, and operational requirements essential to the efficient transfer and utilization of the properties.
